I need an extra contour in Woodwop for positionering the vacuum clamps on my HOMAG CNC-center. We use a laserprojection system for positioning. The contour should not be milled because the Holzma cutter does that. Is this possible?
Ok, that means in the MPR program a milling contour must be included and the router should NOT process the contour? It therefore only serves to create a projection with such a SL-Laser or Z-Laser projection system? If your answer is yes, then it can be done. Ivenza writes in that case an additional -non-executable- contour in the CNC program.
Lightningstroke at Biesse Rover. I can continue to produce the on Masterwood?
Yes, that's just fine. You have to move the skid or pallet with the panels from the Biesse to the Masterwood. Scanning the barcodes at the Masterwood CNC-router will generate the right TLF program for each panel instead of the CIX program.
The general rule is that the Ivenza JobShop will generate the proper CNC-instructions for the machine the scanner is connected to.
Good luck!
Does Ivenza support the milling cutter on a SCM Cyflex?
Yes no problem when the machine configuration is filled in correctly.
Troubles when using the second workfield/area on the Masterwood. How come?
This is what we observe: the error does not occur when working with one field. When using the second work area and clamping a panel, the CNC head stops after the 1st CNC-program.
We must construct a few scenarios to test whether it is at the TLF- or ISO level or the mw31 application level. Can you schedule some time for executing these scenarios for us?
Why does the SCM Cyflex hitting the clamps?
No idea. The xylog program that is generated by Ivenza is put directly in the worklist of the Cyflex. We actually expect the Cyflex itself to detect and show that the clamps are touched. The Cyflex controller would have to intervene or stop running the program or move the clamps as controllors do in the Skipper and BHX.
Do you support the new Biesse Rover CNC (bSolid software and CIX format)?
Yes, no problem (and we will support the existing BPP- en de XNC-formats :-) ).

Can I report what CNC tools have been used in the Ivenza generated CNC programs to produce the order?
No, there is no overview spanning several programs. However, you can open up the web pages, click on each part and inspect the actual CNC program and see which tools Ivenza has selected. This information appears in a separate comment section that summarizes the assigned CNC-tools. It does not matter whether you use MPR files are Homag / Weeke, or FMC-files of IMA or eg. CIX / BPP files from Biesse.
